If a little is good, is more necessarily better?
This is a question that commonly comes up in my consultations.
After 16 years in aesthetic medicine, I've learned that the answer is often no.
More Botox doesn't automatically mean a better result.
More filler doesn't automatically mean a more youthful face.
More treatments don't automatically mean better skin.
The face is not a blank canvas.
It already has its own proportions, expressions, character and identity.
My job isn't to erase those things and create a “perfect” face.
My job is to understand what is changing with time, what can genuinely be improved, and—just as importantly—what should be left alone.
Sometimes, the best treatment is the treatment we decide not to do.
That's why I don't believe in a “more is better” approach to aesthetic medicine.
Good aesthetic medicine is not about how much we can do.
It's about knowing how much is enough.

Botox
Fillers
