Every year our community celebrates We Care Day🐾
Each practice gets a budget to celebrate its team however they like, and we run fun contests across our network where every clinic has a shot at winning a prize, from new scrubs to days off and other goodies in between.
Some teams hosted the Vet Olympics. Some had feasts. Some had photo shoots. Some just carved out a little bonding time together during the day.
However each one marked it, the reason was the same: saying thank you to the people who make this work happen. Our vets, RVTs, techs, CCRs, PMs... everyone who makes an incredible difference in animal lives every day.
Running a veterinary practice is hard, and those who do it don't always hear how much it matters. We Care Day is that reminder that what you do every shift takes real skill and heart. It means the world to the pets and families you look after.
Our community wouldn't exist without you. We're so grateful that you choose to be here.
