Young Adult Yoga - Fall Series

Join us for a virtual 12-week series of gentle, slow flow yoga classes, in the company of other young adults affected by cancer.

September 29 – December 15 | Tuesdays @ 5:15-6:15pm PST

This program was built on research partnerships and features an evidence-based protocol adapted from the ongoing Yoga for Young Adults Trial. Classes can be modified for all abilities and are open to anyone diagnosed with cancer or at high genetic risk between the ages of 18–39.

This will also include an optional in-person or virtual retreat to deepen connections formed within the group.
