Cypress Scramble is a one-day outdoor bouldering competition featuring approximately 100 boulder problems in Cypress Mountain. Competitors' scores are calculated from their top six climbs. In the event of a tie, the climber with the fewest attempts wins. Prizes awarded to the top 3 in each category.

Categories
Choose your level and climb your best:
⭐Beginner: V0–V2
⭐Intermediate: V3–V5
⭐Advanced: V6+

Prizes awarded for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place in each category.

Registration & Scoring
All participants must register through the KAYA climbing app.

"After a few years of sedentary lifestyle, I wanted to become more active again. But dropping in back into regular workouts was difficult as my body didn't feel like it used to. I went in to Elios for a RMT appointment with Robert and he helped me identify issues I was having with my range in motion. He was thorough during the treatment, checking for other trigger points in the area which I appreciated.
