🚵🧠 Ride to Resilience tells this story through the lens of firefighter and professional mountain biker Steve Vanderhoek. The feature-length documentary follows his two-year journey shaped by trauma, loss, and healing on the trail and off.

CMHA BC's scholarship and bursary program is now open for applications! 📚🎓

Since 1982, CMHA BC has been commitment to lowering barriers and supporting individuals with lived experience of mental illness achieve their education goals. Anyone living in BC who has lived experience of mental illness and is pursuing post-secondary education is eligible to apply from now until applications close on July 13.
