We’re all a little messed up, us humans, in our own unique ways.

Some of us overthink. Some of us try to control everything and everyone so we can feel safe for 7 minutes. Some of us ask 12 people for their opinion, pull 3 cards, consult the moon, and then still wonder if the squirrel outside the window had a message for us.

(And honestly, sometimes the squirrel has range).

But we suffer more when we don’t understand who we actually are.

Beneath the conditioning, the fear, and the ego’s exhausting attempt to keep the social mask on.

Over the last 30 years of studying myriad spiritual paths, healing modalities, teachings, and practices, I keep coming back to the same knowing:

What almost every human is craving, whether they know it or not, is a direct connection with Source.

A direct connection with the part of them that already knows.

This weekend’s full moon felt intense.

I don’t know about you, but I’ve been in a deep space of unearthing some of the most subtle beliefs, fears and strange little unconscious thoughts that have been running quietly in the background (like, for my whole life).

The kind of thoughts that don’t always show up in obvious ways—it becomes more of, “this is just who I am,” or, “this is how the world is.”

And because of the work I’ve been doing personally, I’ve been seeing just how much energy can get tied up in the places where we keep circumnavigating the thing we want or know were meant to do or create.

The thing we keep preparing for, thinking about, waiting on, delaying, doubting, refining, avoiding or making wildly complicated for no good reason.

This is exactly what I want to bring into Wednesday’s workshop:
MISSION I’M POSSIBLE

This is for you if there’s any area of your life, large or small, where you can feel a desire, decision, creation, conversation, project, move, next step or version of yourself calling you forward, but something in you has been hesitating, delaying or sabotaging the trajectory.

Today’s Full Moon is a Blue Moon.

In Western astrology, she rises in Sagittarius, the part of us that longs for truth, freedom, faith and a life that feels grander than our fear.

In Vedic astrology, this moon falls in sidereal Scorpio, in Anuradha Nakshatra. And that feels important, because this isn’t just a moon of vision, it’s a moon of devotion.

Anuradha is connected to Mitra, the deity of sacred friendship, loyalty and right relationship. It asks us to look at where our desires, relationships, choices and inner world are either aligned with love, or tangled in old survival patterns.

Sagittarius asks, “What truth are you ready to live?”

But Scorpio asks, “What must be released from the depths so you can actually live it?”

The old story. The fear. The attachment. The self-betrayal.

The mind has worked super hard to keep us safe but there comes a moment when the soul has to take the wheel.

This Full Moon is not asking you to figure out your entire life, it’s asking you to honour the next honest thing. The conversation, the decision, letting go, claiming.

May this moon return you to the truth beneath the noise.

And may that truth set something freer, braver and more devoted in motion. Let’s go! 🌕

It’s not going to be easy. That’s all I know.

When you go all in on your vision, your mission, the way you know you’re here to express, lead, create and BE... you’ll have to get uncomfortable.

In a culture designed to make our lives “easier” (but really we’re just getting dumber and less connected to our inner knowing, our inner impulses and our inner voice).

When you’re willing to get uncomfortable enough, still enough and honest enough to listen to your own knowing and then take action on those nudges, inspirations and downloads; that’s when you cultivate a connection to the life you actually came here to live.

Standing on the edge requires you to show up undefended. Wholly and fully.

Time is moving faster than I can keep up with.

I’m looking behind me and ahead of me, realizing that, if I’m lucky, I’m at the halfway point.

That realization has been evoking... not fear exactly, but urgency.

An urgency to be honest about what I want to experience, create and actualize.

Each of us came here with a purpose and desires that matter. The book. The podcast. The career shift. The move. The relationship decision. The adventure. The way of living that keeps calling us forward.
