True healing goes deeper than the surface ✨

Every body I treat carries tension not only physical, but emotional stored, held, and often unspoken.

Healing isn’t just the absence of pain.
It’s returning to alignment — physically, mentally, and energetically with who you’re meant to be 🤍

Ready for a different level of care?

⚠️ Tingling fingers? Weak grip? Nighttime numbness?

You might be dealing with Carpal Tunnel Syndrome and it won’t fix itself if you ignore it.

But here’s something more people are turning to 👇🪡 Acupuncture

It’s not just “needles” it works in multiple ways:

✨ Stimulates nerves to reset pain signals✨ Improves circulation → less swelling in the wrist✨ Relaxes tight muscles compressing the nerve✨ Triggers endorphins (your body’s natural painkillers)✨ Helps reduce chronic inflammation✨ Supports better sleep (so healing actually happens)

💡 Translation: less pressure on the nerve = less pain, tingling, and stiffness.

And for many people, it’s a natural option before jumping to surgery.

👀 If your hands are your livelihood (typing, lifting, scrolling all day) this matters.

Save this so you don’t forget📲 Follow for real, practical wellness that actually works

Insomnia is a sleep disorder that is characterized by difficulty falling and/or staying asleep. People with insomnia have one or more of the following symptoms:
* Difficulty falling asleep
* Waking up often during the night and having trouble going back to sleep
* Waking up too early in the morning
* Feeling tired upon waking

Most will suffer from occasional insomnia at some point in their lives, but long term ongoing insomnia can be a sign of deeper disharmony in the body’s energy system. If it is not addressed insomnia it can lead to the deterioration of your health and well being. When your body becomes unable to get the rest it needs low energy, poor mood and trouble concentrating can be the result.

Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine are very effective for treating insomnia and restoring natural sleep patterns. Often poor sleep is the result of unbalanced emotions like depression, PTSD, anxiety, worry, or fear etc.
TCM can help manage the emotions and acupuncture can treat the root cause of the problem.

One core theory that makes Chinese medicine so effective in preserving and restoring healthy skin tone is the understanding that the health of the skin is a reflection of internal bodily wellness or imbalance, and is not just treated topically. In order to address wrinkles and aging skin it is necessary to attain true optimal health throughout all of the energetic organ systems which may contribute to lusterless, dry, crepey, or aging skin. Equally as important, there must be abundant Blood circulating and nourishing the skin throughout the body.

Get a Free personalized skin coaching from us to help you learn about your unique skin type and how to care for it. Beyond your skin assessment, the consultation also includes nutrition advice, product recommendations and more. ( Link in Bio )or https://msha.ke/acuflow/ ✨✨

Reishi contains polysaccharides that are associated with immune functions, and if taken over time can significantly support the immune system*. It is also known to improve sleep, reduce stress and fatigue*.

Reishi or Ganoderma lingzhi, has been recorded for its use for around 2000 years. Most notably used in China by Taoist monks to promote calmness, as well as enhance their meditative practices. It has even been used by Chinese royalty who sought longevity and held Reishi or “the mushroom of immortality” in high esteem. Reishi was listed the most cherished among the superior herbs, that are considered to prolong life, prevent aging, boost qi, and make the body light.

The Real Mushrooms Reishi 415 ensures reishi products are made from the mushroom (fruiting body) and contain higher levels of the medicinal compound beta-d-glucans, triterpenes and NO grain fillers, unlike other reishi products on the market. One way to identify the purity of a reishi product is the dark colour and bitter taste. Comes in capsule and powder form.

Cordyceps Mushrooms as an Immunomodulator 🍄🍄
Cordyceps mushrooms have been known for their ability to support the immune system and are considered to be biomolecular immunomodulators. They help the body adapt better to harmful pathogens and lower any potential inflammatory response. Lowering inflammatory responses is one of the key actions to fight lung and respiratory issues.
Just like other medicinal mushrooms, these fungi are effective adaptogens and immune supporters, helping to protect yourself against common microbes and allergens in your everyday environment.

Walk with me for a while, my friend—you in my shoes, I in yours—and then let us talk and understand each other.
When we understand people;
when we understand situations;
when we understand what matters;
when we understand the why’s, the what’s and the how’s;when we understand the trigger of actions, we least inflict pain on ourselves and unto others.
