In January my baby Mystic Medicine turns 3

In this modality I support you in reconnecting to the essence of who you are as we work through layers of conditioning that has made you stuck or in forgetting.

Over the last decade I have trained and practiced nervous system regulation, guided meditation, intuitive perception, somatic and parts work to blend a beautiful offering . And because of the unique nature of the work there is no regulatory body or process of oversight .

When I began I offered sessions freely in exchange for feedback and over the years the offering has changed . I’m at a point again where I’m desiring feedback and improvement of my method and as such am offering free sessions in exchange for honest feedback.

we booked a trip to mallorca eight months ago, having no idea there would be an eclipse, or that we’d be standing in the path of totality.

this keeps happening. vacations, preplanned healing experiences, thresholds and growth periods; they always seem to land inside something bigger than my planning. Full moons, solstices, equinoxes and not this eclipse . I don’t plan around the cosmos but apparently there is greater direction at play.

right now i’m in a season of real expansion. recommitting to who i am, what i’m building, what i’m ready to release. and this eclipse showing up exactly here, exactly now, feels like confirmation more than surprise.

that’s the thing about cosmic timing. it’s not separate from your personal unfolding — it’s often supporting it. what’s happening in the sky today is happening in a lot of us too. a narrowing. a threading of the needle. an invitation to refine instead of add.

this is a potent time. not to manifest more, but to align, to clarify, to let go of what isn’t truly yours.

Are you watching my content and still wondering what the heck it is I do with my clients? So is my good friend who I went for a walk with this week. I realize if my friends don’t know what I’m doing then you probably don’t either watch the real for the full synopsis….

In short I am working to support you on reconnecting and integrating all parts of yourself to uplevel this human existence .

My three foundations are

BODY
Reconnect ring with the part of us that lives on this planet . We are not just brains on sticks - our bodies contain deep wisdom to guide us in our healing and full expression. When we are disconnected there is something majorly missing.

PSYCHE
Within us exists a complex inner las scale when we work together we explore all the parts that may be scared. Hurt. And holding us back (think that raging inner critic, The obsessive perfectionist, the one that makes you feel it isn’t safe to share your voice and gifts with the world …) we settle these bad boys down and amplify the parts that are brilliant and talented so you can live a life that feels free and expansive !

MAGIC
There is so much in us and outside of us that we can’t see or necessarily understand but we are electromagnetic , quantum beings and when we unlock that greater potential, connect you to your intuition and master your energetics real magic can happen!
