Since stepping into the ownership of Green Room Yoga, founding East Van Wisdom School , and teaching at Karma Teachers trainings, I have been evolving my perspective on what it means to be an embodiment teacher. I can know see more clearly how important it is we embody the practices we teach, and how much it matters that we seize the opportunity that we are in, during this time of crisis, to make a difference.
