This is a particularly stressful time for young people so the goal is to prevent risky behaviors such as binge drinking and help reduce mental health stigma by targetting social anxiety.
Garrett T. Taylor MPA and Diane Taylor MA at the Power of U, Inc have partnered with Elizabeth City State University (ECSU) to provide enhanced social anxiety prevention for students affected by the covid-19 pandemic.

Please do this for yourself. It was amazing how clearly these two psychologists understood the thoughts and emotions that were causing the anxiety I was feeling. After the problem of social anxiety is laid out, the program gives many exercises and behavioral experiments that let you work through your specific issues slowly but surely. I was able to make so much progress with this program! It's a massive weight off my shoulders to understand and overcome so much of my social anxiety. I would recommend it to anyone.

The AI-therapy program has been very helpful. I've had social anxiety for a long time and I have done cognitive behavioral therapy before but it was really helpful to learn the special techniques to deal with social anxiety, e.g. how to focus outwards and control my attention and how to change a bad memory from a social event. I have realized that I use safety behaviours often and this program has helped my using them less often.

Well i am so lucky to get such a help at the very hard period of my life. I was lost i really didn’t know what is happening in my life what is bothering me. Why i have different feelings different behaviours than people around me. The treatment program did actually introduced the disorder for me. I think it is a big step forward to really know what the SAD is. And the program exactly point out that.
