I integrate Somatic Experiencing, biofeedback, and person centered trauma informed approaches.

He takes an active, non-judgemental role in the therapy process working in collaboration with you to improve your quality of life. Camber is a trauma-informed therapist and works with numerous challenges including anxiety disorders, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and other neurodivergent concerns. As a Q***r man, Camber also has a passion for working with 2SLGBTQIA+ identifying individuals who may confront a myriad of barriers in accessing Q***r affirming care. Camber has a focus on somatic and mindfulness-based therapy. Through these practices you will learn tools to re-wire your nervous system and create new, healthier patterns that help you to live a rich and meaningful life. Camber is also completing biofeedback training with the Heart Math Institute and incorporates these tools in his practice. Camber is a Registered Clinical Counsellor, RCC. Conditions treated: Anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, ASD, OCD, addiction (substances, s*x, gambling), eating disorders, panic disorders, and more.

Have you been in talk therapy for years and ready to try a somatic approach? Somatic Experiencing is a body-based approach to healing stress and trauma that helps people tune into physical sensations rather than only thoughts or memories. By gently building awareness of how the nervous system responds to challenge and safety, it supports the release of stored survival energy and restores a sense of regulation and resilience. The process is gradual and natural—like learning to ride ocean waves, finding balance and rhythm instead of being pulled under.
