Good message for those of us who are trying to change the self-sabotaging patterns in our lives... it ain't easy... and we keep asking ourselves, "Why did I do that again???" ...but one day you will thank yourself for resisting the "comfy" familiar pattern and opting for an uncomfortable, but healthier, new groove...

Intimate Partner Violence (IPV) can be insidious and difficult to detect, and before you know it, you are suffering the consequences and repeated cycle of: calm→ tension→ abuse→ honeymoon→ REPEAT.
