An afternoon of breaking down poses and building them back up for each unique body. ⁣⁣

Sun Salutations are the heart of Vinyasa and the foundation from which each flowing sequence is built upon. ⁣⁣⁣
⁣⁣⁣
Together, we will become grounded with the unison of breath and movement as we explore the various asanas of Surya Namaskar A & B.⁣⁣⁣
⁣⁣⁣
We will deconstruct and explore alignment, transition and modifications of each pose for all bodies. ⁣⁣⁣
⁣⁣⁣
And then we will play! ⁣⁣Linking together all the asanas into one sweet Vinyasa Flow. ⁣⁣ ⁣

Weaving the practice of Sun Salutations into a couple mini sequences that will lead us to two different peak poses, a Heart Opener and an Arm Balance, which we will spend some time breaking down and uncovering how these poses land in our physical, mental and emotional bodies.⁣
