Most people think a colonic starts when you arrive at the clinic, but the real preparation begins 1–3 days before your session.

Here’s how to support your body beforehand:

💧 Stay well hydrated with 1–3L of purified water daily
🥬 Focus on whole, simple foods like fruits, vegetables, leafy greens, quinoa, brown rice, and fermented foods
🥤 Include cold-pressed juices to help support hydration and digestion
🌿 Add chia seeds or ground flax to gently support regular elimination
🚫 Reduce or avoid coffee, alcohol, sugar, dairy, white bread, and fried foods

The day before, keep things lighter - think juices, herbal teas, wheatgrass juice, and blended or pureed soups.
On the day of your session, eat very lightly and avoid fluids 1–2 hours prior.

Think of it simply:
your food and fluids are the preparation… the colonic is the reset.

The better you prepare, the better your body responds 🌿💧

True story: it was simple, the back log of waste needed to be removed!

Some are under the impression that colon hydrotherapy “washes out” all the beneficial bacteria along with the non-beneficial bacteria. In general, this is not true. Colon hydrotherapy uses purified water to hydrate, dissolve, and transport solid waste and gas out of the body. It does not disrupt the mucosal membrane of the intestines where the majority of beneficial bacteria colonize. Just as we don’t completely eliminate bacteria from the mouth by drinking water, we don’t completely eliminate it from the colon with colon hydrotherapy. In fact by reversing a stagnant colon that’s accumulating waste we can create a clean environment that allows beneficial bacteria to thrive. Now, some of the good bacteria may be washed away, but by creating this clean environment we set the soil for the good bacteria to flourish.

Everyone talks about probiotics, supplements, and restrictive diets…

But here’s what often gets overlooked:

👉 Regular elimination
👉 A healthy digestive rhythm
👉 Supporting your body in removing what it no longer needs

When waste sits too long, many people notice they feel heavier, more bloated, and less like themselves.

That’s why so many of our clients make colon hydrotherapy part of their wellness routine, not because it’s trendy, but because they appreciate the feeling of being lighter, clearer, and more comfortable afterward.

Curious what your body might be holding onto?

Every session includes:

✔️ Single-use speculums and tubing — brand-new, disposable components are used for every client, eliminating any risk of cross-contamination.

✔️ Purified, temperature-controlled water — the water is thoroughly filtered and maintained at a comfortable body temperature throughout the session.

✔️ Professionally trained therapists — qualified colon hydrotherapists receive extensive training in anatomy, sanitation protocols, client care, and safety procedures.

At reputable clinics, strict cleaning and sterilization standards are followed between every appointment, ensuring a safe and comfortable experience from start to finish.

In fact, many first-time clients are surprised by how clean, gentle, and relaxing the process actually feels.

The key is choosing an experienced practitioner and a clinic that prioritizes safety, professionalism, and client care.
