I see emotions as an important source of information that can teach us much about who we are and what we value. I believe that our development is strongly influenced by significant relationships in our lives, especially those in our family of origin. Our experiences in these relationships often lead to c

ore beliefs about ourselves. I take a psychodynamic and person-centered approach, drawing on mindfulness-based and expressive art psychotherapies as well as emotion-focused, compassion-focused, and family systems theories.

We are excited to announce 2 groups starting in Fall 2026! Led by Colette Mrazek, RCC-ACS, our consultation groups are open to therapists of all orientations. The sessions are hosted online and monthly, taking place over Zoom from 11:30am to 1:30pm.

Groups will now be slightly more tailored to clinicians’ needs, with 2 groups focusing on different client populations: individual counselling and couples counselling. All 4 sessions will cost $450!
