Happy National Seniors Day! 💜
We spent the afternoon at Brock House Society celebrating older adults in our community with tea, live music, dancing, and great conversations.

October 1 is a reminder to appreciate the seniors in our lives from parents, neighbours, coworkers, friends. A simple “thank you,” a visit, or even a walk together can mean so much.
