Acne is treatable. The right care starts with understanding your skin.
Keep your routine gentle. Choose products labelled non-comedogenic, use SPF 30+ and avoid picking or squeezing. Give treatment time: improvement often takes several weeks.
For mild acne, benzoyl peroxide can help treat mild pimples, while salicylic acid helps unclog pores. Ask a pharmacist which option suits your skin. Use as directed; both can cause dryness or irritation.
Walk in anytime during pharmacy hours for a free assessment for mild acne with our pharmacists at Sina Pharmacy. We can offer product and medication advice and discuss suitable treatment options.
Painful, scarring or persistent acne? Your family doctor can assess your skin and provide a referral to our dermatologist when appropriate.
