We are looking for a Shop Technician to join our Burnaby team.

This is a hands-on role for someone who likes to build, adjust, troubleshoot and take pride in getting the details right. You’ll work with wheelchairs, scooters and other mobility equipment—assembling, inspecting and preparing it to make sure it’s safe and ready for the people who rely on it.
You might be a great fit if you:

🔧 Have strong mechanical aptitude and enjoy working with tools
🔩 Are organized and pay attention to the little details
🛠️ Enjoy hands-on work and problem solving
🙌 Can work independently but like being part of a team
💙 Want your work to make a meaningful difference

Healthcare experience is an asset, but it’s not required. If you’re mechanically inclined and willing to learn, we encourage you to apply—even if you don’t check every box.

Luke recently sent us the new documentary Starting Line: The Team Joshua Story, and it has a special connection to our team.

Luke and Rich at Priority Posture, worked to design and configure Joshua’s everyday wheelchair, so seeing Joshua, his mother Michelle and his story featured in this documentary was a particularly proud moment.

Stories like Joshua’s are a great reminder that behind every piece of equipment is a person with goals, determination, and a story of their own.

Congratulations to Joshua, Michelle and everyone involved in bringing Starting Line: The Team Joshua Story to life.

Sometimes the most meaningful mobility solutions aren't brand new, they're the ones that change a life. ❤️

When Ian, a recent newcomer to Canada, received a donated wheelchair from the family of a school EA, it opened the door to something he hadn't experienced before: greater independence.

Luke worked closely with Ian to adjust and configure the chair, improving his comfort, support, and positioning so he could move confidently under his own power.

Today, Ian has more freedom to get around school, spend time with friends, and enjoy life as a teenager. His teachers have noticed increased confidence, energy, and a renewed sense of possibility.

We're incredibly grateful to the donor family for their generosity and proud of Luke and our team for helping turn a donated chair into an opportunity for greater independence.
