🌤️New Recipe Post☀️

Introducing – the fresh & nutritious summer salad

The name says it all 🍓🫐🥗🧀🧅



Ingredients - SALAD

- 150 g ready to eat baby spinach (~5 cups)

- 160 g fresh strawberries, sliced (~1 cup)

- 125 g fresh raspberries (~1 cup)

- 190 g fresh blueberries (~1 cup)

- 100 g red onion, diced (~1 cup)

- 170 g goat cheese, crumbled (~1 cup)

- 19 ea pecans (~1/4 cup)



Ingredients - DRESSING

- 30 mL extra virgin olive oil (2 tbsp)

- 1/2 ea lemon, juiced (~3 tbsp or to taste)

- 1 clove garlic, minced

- salt & pepper to taste



Instructions

1. In a dressing bottle or glass jar, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt & pepper. Shake it well.

2. In a large bowl, combine all the berries, spinach, and red onion. Toss to combine.

3. Add crumbled goat cheese and pecans.

4. Drizzle the dressing over when ready to enjoy (1/4 total dressing per salad serving).



So refreshing and full of nutrients, salad – with some exciting ingredients – makes for a near perfect meal addition when the weather heats up... and is a perfect diet addition to kick off a new week!

When was the last time you moved your body just because it felt GOOD? ✨

Not because your watch told you to.
Not because you needed to “earn” your food.
Not because you were trying to burn a certain number of calories.

Just because you wanted to. 💛

Somewhere along the way, many of us stopped seeing movement as play and started seeing it as another task on the never-ending checklist.

But movement was never meant to feel like punishment.

It can be:
🌿 a walk outside because the weather is beautiful
💃 dancing around your kitchen
🚲 a bike ride with your family
🏓 trying something new
🐶 playing with your dog
🏡 working in your garden

The movement you enjoy is the movement you’ll keep coming back to - and consistency is where the magic happens.

Wyatt stopped waiting for the “perfect time” to focus on his health.

Instead, he proved you can completely change your life while balancing long work days, frequent travel, inconsistent schedules, social events, vacations, and the everyday stress of a full life.

When Wyatt first came to us, he wasn’t chasing perfection; he simply wanted to feel better. More energy. Better health. More confidence in his own skin.

A lot of people aren’t struggling because they eat “bad.”
They’re struggling because they assume “healthy” automatically means low calorie.

Read that again and let it sink in.

Foods like granola, nuts, nut butters, oils, smoothies, and avocado are packed with nutrients… But they’re also very calorie dense, meaning small portions can add up quickly without you realizing it.

That doesn’t mean these foods are unhealthy or that you should avoid them.

It just means nutrition and calorie intake are NOT the same thing.

You can eat high quality foods and still unintentionally overeat if you’ve never learned balance, portions, or how to build meals around your actual goals.

Healthy eating shouldn’t feel restrictive or confusing.
The real game changer is learning how to make nutritious foods work for your goals, not against them.

Erin was tired of feeling stuck in a cycle of exhaustion, frustration, and starting over. But now? She’s building a life where her health no longer holds her back.



When Erin first started with the MacroNutrition Coaching team, she struggled with willpower around food, felt drained after work, and had little motivation to exercise - especially when results didn’t come quickly enough. Can you relate?

But her goals ran deeper than the scale.

It sounds backwards we know... but avoiding activity altogether can actually make fatigue worse.

While quality sleep and recovery matter, consistent movement is one of the most effective ways to improve overall energy levels. Exercise helps improve circulation, sleep quality, stress management, mood, and even how efficiently your body uses energy throughout the day.

A lot of people fall into the cycle of:
➡️ Feeling tired
➡️ Moving less
➡️ Losing energy, strength, and motivation
➡️ Feeling even more tired

The key isn’t crushing yourself with intense workouts when you’re exhausted - it’s building repeatable habits:
✔️ Daily movement
✔️ Balanced nutrition
✔️ Proper hydration
✔️ Consistent sleep
✔️ Stress management
✔️ Routine exercise that matches your current lifestyle and energy levels

BOTTOM LINE: More rest is not always the answer. Sometimes your body needs better habits, structure, and support - not less movement.
