I will be away at a course this weekend!! I never know what to expect with the Barral Institute... all I know is its working with nerves in regards to the neck.. think whiplash and concussions. Stay posted for more information as I found out more too! I will respond to any messages when I am back home and settled. Im branching out to learn more about supporting the newborns with craniosacral. I already see a lot of babies (my youngest being a week old) and I am excited to learn from one of the best and bring home some new knowledge and tools to help your sweet little ones 💖 send me a message if you are curious what cranial for babies can help with

Good morning everyone, it has come to my attention that appointments have been getting deleted on my booking site. If you have written down your appointment but haven't been notified by my booking site, please reach out. I will be shifting to a new booking platform all together so be aware if you get notified its just me learning a new platform. So if you are/had been waiting for an appointment and realized we missed it because of this issue, reach out and we will get you rebooked.

So pleased with NeuMovement Pilates & Physiotherapy course so far!!

I generally refer out when I feel or see dysfunction with the core.... but NOW.... LETS TAKE A CLOSER AND MORE MINDFUL LOOK TOGETHER and see if pilates can help. Let me know if this is something youre interested in throwing into your next treatment 😉

Guys!! I am so excited to be bringing pilates into the Heal Your Roots toolbelt! If you've been in recently you know I've been shifting the narrative from what we can do in our massage session to what you can do on your own at home for your health. For those of you who have tried some 1:1 Somatic Movement sessions or homecare you know how powerful that shift can be!
