This is such a hearty, healthy, aromatic meal that is perfect for a new mama.

I LOVE how there are so many of my cultural dishes that make some of the best postpartum meals.

This dish has beautiful spices that are great for lactation, yellow split peas that make the dish hearty, spinach to help with iron and a few other amazing ingredients.

I’m pleased to say this will be part of my postpartum menu coming soon!

Catered meals for new mamas to help nourish their postpartum bodies, foods and spice blends to add to your teas for lactation, and to simply provide a meal and save the mama the trouble.

Not sure what to get a new mama or the new family….Gift a meal or meals such as the meals pictured. A customer gifted a friend who just had a baby.
