Hello Inner Health Nutrition and EatLove Community! I am calling on you to support a very worthy cause! I am Spinning for Autism once again on Sunday January 19th, 2025 at the Al Palladini Community Centre, in support of the Shining Through Centre!

The Shining Through Centre was founded in 2001 to provide an intensive and comprehensive educational program for children with autism. With campuses located in Woodbridge, North York, and Mississauga, Shining Through Centre is regarded as a centre of excellence for support and therapy for children with autism.

Programming is based on the principles of Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA)- an evidence based intervention in the treatment of autism symptoms, offered through one-on-one intensive instruction and therapy for each child.

Social breakthroughs, increased communication, and the forming of cognitive and affective associations: these are the miracles that happen everyday at the Shining Through Centre.
