I am certified to practice and teach Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki by a certified Toronto based Energy Healer and both Karuna Holy Fire III Reikiยฎ and Usui Holy Fire III Reikiยฎ by William Lee Rand through the International Center for Reiki Training (I am both a Usui Reiki Master and a Karuna Holy Fire III Reikiยฎ Master). I am also a 200 Hour Yoga Alliance certified yoga teacher who studied in Bali, Indonesia through Sacred Paths Yoga, a certified Axiatonal Alignment Therapist, and a certified Akashic Record Consultant.
