PMOS: More Than An Ovarian Condition
PCOS is often thought of as a reproductive condition, but it’s increasingly recognized as a metabolic condition too.

Many with PMOS also experience:
• Insulin resistance
• Blood sugar disruption
• Weight gain/ weight loss resistance
• Increased cardiometabolic risk

Because of this, we have finally received a proper term- PMOS (PolyMetabolic O***y Syndrome)

While nutrition, exercise, sleep, stress management can plan a vital role, proper assessment and diagnosis are essential.

Understanding the root cause is the first step toward creating a personalized plan that supports long term health 🩷
