Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Psychology, and with extensive experience in client-focused roles, Toloue brings both heart and expertise to the front desk at The Nest Health.

Outside of work, she loves exploring nature, travelling, spending time with loved ones, and being a proud dog mom to her two pups. 🐾

✨Introducing Sara Halawa, Hon. BSc., MPT! ✨

We’re so excited to welcome Sara Halawa to The Nest Health team! 🥳🎉

Sara is a Registered Physiotherapist with a special focus on women’s health and pelvic floor physiotherapy. She has taken extensive post-graduate training in pelvic health, as well as labour and birth preparation, and breastfeeding assessment.

Sara also brings extensive experience in orthopaedics, concussion management, neurological rehabilitation, and arthritis care, helping patients recover from injuries, manage pain, and improve mobility.

Outside of work, Sara enjoys spending time with family, traveling, photography, weightlifting, and trying new recipes.

We’re thrilled to have Sara join our team and know she will provide expert care and support to our patients.

You can find Sara at the clinic on Mondays and Fridays.

Before the day comes to a close, we want to take a moment to recognize International Women’s Day. 💜

At The Nest Health Clinic, we have the privilege of supporting women through many stages of life - from fertility and pregnancy to postpartum recovery and ongoing wellness.

Every day we see the strength, resilience, and care that women bring to their families and communities, and we’re grateful to be part of that journey.

✨ A small wellness reminder for tonight:
Try the 4-7-8 breathing technique before bed.
• Inhale through your nose for 4 seconds
• Hold for 7 seconds
• Exhale slowly for 8 seconds
• Repeat 3–4 times

A simple way to calm your nervous system and end the day with a moment of care for yourself.

✨Introducing Christina Menchella, MSW, RSW! ✨

We’re so excited to welcome Christina Menchella to The Nest Health team! 🥳🎉

Christina is a Registered Social Worker with over eight years of experience providing crisis intervention and psychotherapy for adults. She holds a Master of Social Work from the University of Toronto and is registered with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers.

Christina supports individuals navigating anxiety, depression, grief, relationship challenges, bipolar disorder, insomnia, and trauma. She also has specialized experience in perinatal mental health, supporting women through fertility journeys, pregnancy, reproductive trauma, and postpartum adjustment.
Her approach is warm, compassionate, and grounded.

Christina integrates evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), and mindfulness-based practices to help clients strengthen emotional regulation, deepen relationships, and build a stronger sense of self.

Outside of her work, Christina is also a proud mom of two little ones, which deepens the empathy and understanding she brings to her practice. 🤍
