Unpopular opinion: Instead of asking, “What’s the one root cause?” we should ask, “What systems need support?” 🌿
Because your body is not a single symptom.
Fatigue may be connected to sleep, stress, blood sugar, hormones, digestion, nutrient status, or all of the above.
Bloating may not be just about one food. It may involve stress, gut function, eating habits, inflammation, or how your nervous system is responding. 🧠
Mood changes, low energy, skin flare-ups, and cycle changes can also be signs that more than one system is asking for support.
