Check out the before and after!
This is the other side of what we do here at Impact! Sideline medical is fast paced and at times quite gruesome. Everyone here at Impact is Sports First Responder certified which allows us to provide emergency first aid to our athletes when needed. In this case, a nasty cross check left zackcasagrande with a nasty cut.
A quick bit of glue stitch and he was back out there playing again!
Nice to be able to keep these boys faces somewhat desirable still 😂

We see some pretty amazing Dad’s in our clinic. Some come in a suit/tie and some come in a bit dirty after a long day of work (but we don’t mind). Today we honour all the men who are hard working, protectors, teachers, coaches and providers! Thank you for all you do in your family’s lives and to those around you, including us here at Impact!

It’s always amazing watching kids try new things and build their confidence over time. From spills and cuts/scrapes, to dusting themselves off and trying again, the pursuit of perfecting a new sport is always fun to witness.
When the injuries occur, it’s our goal to get them healthy enough to try it again!
Got to enjoy watching my buddy Barrett Kelly McKenzie compete with Vernon BMX Club a few days ago.
Way to go buddy!!

“Nothing says I am ‘relaxed’ quite like walking out of a clinic with lines deeply pressed into my face and hair standing completely on end.” 😀
Massage therapy has many advantages other than just feeling “nice”.
We are integral in helping nurses, construction workers, office staff (plus a host of other occupations) and athletes feeling their best so that they can perform their duties at their job or at their sport.
If you are dealing with pain, consider massage therapy as an option.
