My spacious, beautiful, quiet, clean and conveniently downtown located, fully furnished office is available to sublease come September 1st!

My current subleaser has successfully grown her practice here and is ready to move on to an office of her own.

Includes WiFi; cleaning; hot and cold water cooler with complimentary tea; waiting room area; bathrooms. Simply come to work and enjoy the space!

Full day availability Thursdays through Sunday and partial-day availability Mondays through Wednesdays. Opportunity for referrals from me in the future!

$200/month per day in use. Price on partial days or regular hourly use can be negotiated.

Minimum 6 month commitment. Preference will be given to multiple-day renters. Renters must be clean, tidy, and respectful of the space.
