Purpose: Use the simplest language to explain the most practical principles!

1. Illness:
Illness and health are relative. Discomfort is already illness; having “essence, Qi, and spirit” means being healthy. Essence (Jing) is material, Qi is energy, and Shen (spirit) is the external manifestation of essence and Qi. Essence and Qi nourish and depend on each other. It's hard to imagine someone who is muscular and agile yet has no spirit. Likewise, someone with abundant Qi and Shen must be physically upright, flexible, and have smoothly circulating Qi and blood — in other words, healthy.

He adopts an integrative treatment approach with a variety of techniques including acupuncture, Herbs, Chinese Tuina Message, as well as Cupping that aims to bring the patient body, mind, and spirit back into a state of harmony (yin and yang balance).
