If your baby is “fussy,” gassy, or struggling to latch… it might not be what you think.

A lot of parents are told things like:
“they’ll grow out of it”
“it’s just colic”
“some babies are just spit-up babies”
“Breastfeeding is supposed to hurt”

But often, there’s an underlying cause we’re missing 👇

Oral restrictions (like tongue or lip ties), birth trauma, and delivery method can affect how your baby feeds, breathes, and regulates their system.

This can show up as:
• painful or shallow latch
• clicking while feeding
• frequent spit-up or reflux
• excessive gas or colic symptoms
• long or very frequent feeds
• unsettled, fussy behaviour

When baby can’t use their mouth properly, they compensate → taking in more air, working harder, and stressing their system.

That’s where osteopathic treatment comes in.
We gently assess and treat the tension patterns in the body, jaw, and neck that may be contributing to these feeding challenges.

Because sometimes it’s not just “a phase” — it’s something we can actually help.

Imagine getting support from day one vs struggling for weeks before getting help.

If this sounds like your baby, feel free to reach out or book an assessment. Early support can make a huge difference 🤍

Osteopathy looks at the whole body, not just where the pain is💥

Our global and holistic approach allows us to give you whole body results.

Broken down it looks like;

📍evaluation of your past medical history - and how that might be effecting you today
📍detailed analysis of your current complaint - where, what does it feel like, how long does it last, what aggravates and what relives
📍whole body assessment - including orthopaedic testing, muscle testing, assessing areas of tension and range of motion

This alone, will take up half of your initial appointment because our assessment begins before we get hands on.

Feeling like you need to dig deep into your pain?

Pain isn’t random — it’s your body trying to tell you something.

Most people chase the symptom
We look for the source

That’s the difference.

If you’ve been dealing with ongoing pain, your body might just need to be understood — not pushed harder.

📍Whole body assessment. Real answers.

Hi there! 👋🏼

My name is Georgia and I’m the owner of Elements Osteopathy.

Take a glimpse into my life.✨

1. Treating at our first location on Cook st in Victoria, diving head first into my own clinic as a new grad.
2. My whole point right here! Hubby Kale, a pilot for Aircanada my reason for moving to Canada. And our kids, Kaia 2years old, West 11 months.
3. My first born who brought me into the love of osteopathy for pregnancy and paediatrics.
4. I LOVE being pregnant! My body agrees with it so well. If it wasn’t for money and support I’d have 10 kids 🤪
5. Treating kids at our current location in Oak Bay. This is my jam!
6. Getting back to Australia as often as we can! West’s first trip and Kaia’s 4th!
7. A lot of time spent at airports and on planes when your husbands a pilot!
8-9. I’ve done both births at home and wouldn’t have had it any other way. We had to transfer after Kaia was born so my second birth felt like a true home birth this time round. I now even rent out birth pools in Edmonton!
10. Our new location on Oak Bay Ave.
11. Finally got to officially graduate after Covid delayed my ceremony. 5 years of hard study!!
12. Fun fact! The youngest baby I’ve treated is 3 days old!
13. I got married during Covid with 10 people in attendance, all my family and friends on zoom. Wild times
14. I grew up camping (real camping in a tent 😂) a lot and still love it!
15. Despite living only a few hours from some renowned ski hills, I haven’t skied since I was 7!
16. My first business was wedding videography. I couldn’t decide if I wanted to study film or osteopathy after finishing school so I did both! I still shoot weddings today
17. We moved from Vancouver Island to Alberta mid 2023, 2 weeks after getting back from an Aus trip. We ended up buying acerage and have my inlaws living below us.
18. New space in Stony plain
