Sandra Hardy, MPT, offers the personal, completely one-on-one experience of a small clinic, combined with the conveniences of a well-stocked gym, online booking and direct billing. A waypoint is a safe stopping place on a journey, or a point of reference that helps to give direction. We want to help direct you on your journey towards health, by listening to your story and thoroughly assessing your

concern, then collaborating on a plan to help you work towards your goals. Your treatment plan will be individualized to your specific situation, using evidence-based treatments to get you moving again. Our clients are of all ages and backgrounds: they include retired seniors; students; business and trades people; and athletes of all levels. We will give you the tools you need to reach your goals, through a combination of education so you understand what is going on and the reasons for the treatment plan, to various modalities to help you heal, to graded and guided exercise to make your tissues more resilient. Whether you have a sprain or strain, are suffering from dizziness, headaches or vertigo, or are rehabbing from a major surgery, we can help.
