People often ask me what shoes I wear.
My answer? It depends what I’m doing!
My goal with footwear isn’t to find one “perfect” shoe—it’s to match the shoe to the activity.
From running shoes to minimalist shoes to sandals, here’s what’s currently in my weekly rotation and why. 🫶🏼🦶🏽
****It is worth noting that I have been wearing minimalist shoes and working on foot health for YEARS!! If you are looking to wear less shoe, make sure you do so in a way that your body can tolerate 🫶🏼
