Loved adding this new supplement to my wellness regiment. Not only is it a great antioxidant, but it also supports glucose metabolism. The delayed release capsules were gentle on my stomach and I loved that these were highly bioavailable! Nothing worse than taking supplements daily to only absorb a fraction of them. Aqua Allegoria Florabloom Forte brings you to a magical coconut fresh spring secret garden where the warm and floral scents draw you in and wrap you in a fresh and inspiring hug. Not overpowering but hypnotizing in a way that intrigues all noses. I smell a strong gardenia note that reminds me of something from lush I smelled years ago but several leagues more mature and developed. Absolutely beautiful!

I had high hopes when I froze 5 day old beef but it gave me food poisoning 😭 ginger + activated charcoal saved me!! Activated charcoal helps with gas, bloating, digestive discomfort and even after heavy meals 🖤

With my partners new celiac diagnosis, the last few months have been such a learning process- especially with eating out. Cross contamination is so prevalent, despite seemingly inviting labels like “gluten-friendly”. When eating out, this supplement helped minimize digestive symptoms, which still had a big impact! Celiac disease is so complex and under-researched so seeing new products like this that do make difference gives us hope for the future :)

I have used lots of pimple patches in the past but something different I noticed about these is how well they stay on overnight. They are built for overnight wear and was happy to see that they hadn’t moved in the morning.
