As someone who has dedicated 25 years to Victoria Hospice—first as a volunteer and now as a nurse—I've seen firsthand the profound difference that compassionate end-of-life care makes during one of life's most vulnerable moments.

What makes Victoria Hospice truly special is how we honour the whole person.

Our expert team manages pain and symptoms effectively so that patients can shift focus away from pain and fear back to what truly matters in the time they have left. We also give exhausted family members the chance to step back from caregiving duties and reconnect with their loved ones as spouses, children, or parents.

Victoria Hospice provides educational opportunities for staff and volunteers to improve the quality of care to patients. We also ensure people who are grieving the loss of their loved ones receive the help they need through specialized grief counselling and support groups.

In fact, a gift in your Will to Victoria Hospice, no matter the size, will ensure that compassionate, dignified end-of-life and bereavement care remains available for generations to come, right here in Victoria
