Skeptical about our ‘Stem Cell Machine’?
It may be new to Canada (Meraki has one of 4 units in the country, one of the two in western Canada, and the only one on the island!), but it’s not new to the world! This tissue regenerative technology originated in Germany several decades ago, and slowly but surely made it to the US where it caught the attention of professional sports medicine doctors. What? Small Group Back & Spine Mobility Workshop
When? Sunday, September 17th, 2023, 10:30am-12:30pm
Where? In-person at the Meraki Gym (Langford, BC)
How? Email Ali ( [email protected] ) to register. 5 participants.
Cost? Sliding scale donation (pay what you can). Donations go into the Meraki Wellness CAT fund (Community for Accessible Therapy), which helps people access Meraki WS services who could otherwise not afford it. *Your spot will not be secured until you e-transfer your donation to [email protected].
The vibe: light-hearted & learn-by-doing style. Expect to be on your exercise mat moving your body. No athletic abilities or high energy output required. Comfortable for most bodies (must be able to get up and down from the floor independently).
