Pleasures of Water, paintings by Hélène Cyr, now hanging at Downtown Hot.

If you take the noon OHY class, you probably already know Hélène. She’s a longtime practitioner, a professional photographer since the ‚90s, and after 35 years away she’s painting again. This series is all joy: divers, headstands in the sea, and these two laughing in the waves.

Every piece is for sale, from $100 to $750 and 100% of the sale goes to the artist. Come see them in person.

Karma Program — fall intake is open.

Give us three hours, take seven days unlimited yoga and pilates in return. Or a three-class pass instead, good for a year and yours to give away.

Downtown, the work is laundry, rooms, mats, general cleaning — what makes the space feel the way it does when you walk in.

At the Hub, we need front desk support: signing people in, selling passes, answering phones. Light cleaning.

Shifts are variable and we’ll build yours around your life.

There’s a particular kind of teacher who makes a hard class feel like an invitation. Eddie is that teacher.

Calm in the front of the room. Genuinely happy to be there. And he’ll get more out of you than you planned on giving.

He’s back this Sunday, 9:30am, OHY90. And starting in October he’ll be a regular on the Sunday noon spot.

If you’ve been booking through Mindbody, that app is done. Everything now lives here: your schedule, your membership, your class count, your bookings.

Scan the code to download. Reset your password. Delete the old app.

New booking system, one offline day.

Tuesday, September 1 we move to Mariana Tek. Booking, the app, and your account will be down for the day while we make the switch.

Downtown Hot is open and classes run as normal. Book ahead of time or just come in and we’ll check you in at the desk.

Fernwood Hub and Reformer are closed September 1 & 2 for maintenance and some physical upgrades to the space.

Watch your inbox. You’ll get an email to set a password on the new system — that’s what gets you back into booking.
