Are you seeking a supportive community in Victoria BC that understands your journey towards recovery? Look no further! Home Based Recovery is thrilled to introduce our new Recovery Management Groups, designed to provide individuals with a personalized approach to recovery and change.

One of the standout features of our in-person recovery management groups is our commitment to supporting all individuals, regardless of their preferred recovery approach. Our goal is to create an inclusive and understanding environment where everyone can thrive.

At the recovery management group for individuals, you can expect to benefit from:

A program that supports all people (we do not use a 12-step model in our groups, but warmly welcome people who do attend 12-step and other support group meetings and those who do not attend meetings at all.)

Weekly support from peers, as well as the group facilitator.

Weekly accountability and behavioral goals that help you stay on track with your recovery.

Expert facilitators and periodic visits and ‘guest lectures’ from experts in the field of recovery and mental health.

Good communication and opportunities to build your recovery network.

A supportive, non-judgmental space.

The opportunity to see, or review, high-quality psycho-educational content and tools to help you with your recovery.

Referrals to other professionals, such as counsellors or neuropsychologists who can do assessments if you need them.

A friendly, upbeat and supportive environment.
