Mountain Heights Healing Certified Energy Healing, House Healing, Mediumship, Divination and Teachings. I believe there are many ways of healing but it is in our own hands.

About Zoë and MHH

Hi, I’m Zoë and I established Mountain Heights Healing in 2014 having practiced energy healing for over 20 years. I am certified as a practitioner in Sound Healing Therapy, Indian Head Massage and Crystal Therapy, am a House Healer and a Reiki Master / Teacher. I have also trained in many aspects of Intuitive, Psychic and Mediumship practices. I also teach Reiki and Intuitive courses and workshops out of my healing space in Sooke and Indian Head Massage through the International College of Energy Healing. No-one can heal us, we heal ourselves, with other's help, and I love nothing more than helping others on their own personal healing journeys. As an holistic practitioner, I provide heart-centered treatments that heal your mind, body and spirit. Every modality I use is different but each one consists of a deep state of peace and relaxation during the treatment and healing benefits during and afterwards. Whichever modality you choose I include an element of one, or more, of the others when needed, which enhances the healing benefit and provides an intuitively individualized treatment. As a psychic and Medium, I connect with each client personally. I do this energetically using divination tools such as Oracle Cards, Pendulums and Psychometry. I also use mediumship to communicate with your loved ones in spirit, your spirit guides and my own spirit guide team. This results in guidance, affirmation and assurance. I offer the following services (see SERVICES section for more information):

Treatments:

Crystal Healing Therapy
Energy Cleansing and Tune Up
Indian Head Massage
Reiki
Sound Healing
5 Therapy Multi Wave Mat

Whichever healing modality you choose I include an element of one, or more, of the others to enhance the healing experience and provide an intuitive individualized treatment. House Healing:
Geopathic and Technopathic Assessments
Personal Health Assessments
Full Assessments - Geopathic stress, Technopathic Stress, Geopsychic Stress and Personal Health

Readings:
Express Oracle Card Reading
Full Divination Reading

Teachings:
Reiki Training and Certification

Flexible appointments are available for all services during the day, early evening and weekend. Please PM me to arrange a mutually suitable time or with any questions. I am a member of the International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine as as such abide by their rules and guidance.

Creativity is one of my favourite parts of running Saltwest, and creating something special for the Witches On Water event in support of The Sooke Food Bank was such a feel-good project. 🌊✨

Our Saltwest Ocean Purifying Ritual was tucked into each swag bag, created with the intention to clear, release and ground.

Inspired by the witches who learned to ride the water and master the wild tides, we combined the ancient symbolism of sea salt with activated charcoal.

🌊 Sea salt symbolizes cleansing, protection and grounding, while charcoal — transformed through fire — represents purification, release and transformation.

Together, they offer a simple reminder: we can’t always calm the waters but we can release what weighs us down 🌊🌑✨

A huge thank you to the wonderful local businesses and contributors who designed, donated and helped create swag bags and costume contest prize packages full of magic. This part of the event wouldn’t have been possible without your generosity.
