Join us on June 21st to celebrate the Solstice and International Day of Yoga with Solstice Sweat and Chill. We start with a strength based yoga class then we’ll walk over to to enjoy their beautiful facilities and relax the body with warmth and cold. Really hope you can join us.

We’ve got Pilates on the schedule now. Come down and try it out. Loads on cool props to enhance the practice as well.

Well this is unedited and my explanation about why we’ve been so quiet on social media. What to do as a small business who needs to grow and make money but doesn’t want to contribute to the dopamine addiction, curated “perfect” images, and time commitment that is social media these days? I’m just very over it and want to support mental health, not detract from it.

We’re open to any thoughts, comments, suggestions below or in our DMs. What do you see as the purpose of our account and what do you derive from it? Would you find us in other places or does it help to see us on here to gather information and support workshops/events?

Although a few weeks late, we had the privilege of celebrating our hardworking and very dedicated yoga teachers. With some there in spirit, we celebrated with a lovely sauna session and fantastic dinner. Big thank you to the teachers who come in to share their love of yoga and how that enriches all our students lives. We love you. ♥️

A huge thank you to and for a lovely afternoon and evening. You were so very gracious and did an incredible job hosting. We were very impressed.
