Words can’t express how amazing this last retreat to Italy was! So many thanks to our great group who trusted us with their time and energy. Huge thanks to our extended One Yoga family in Sicily and amazing hosts, Ciccio () and Julia (.outdoor.sicily)! Big shout out to , , and for making some Canadians feel so welcome! And to our home away from home, for the fantastic lodgings and amazing food. Vi amiamo tutti!

Today is the start of our 30 day challenge. Yoga takes many forms and looks many different ways. This challenge focuses on asana (postures) but there are so many ways to play with it, enjoy it, and incorporate it.

Today was Rhiannon’s last class and we wish her all the love in the world. This lovely human has shared the best of herself and we are so grateful that she did. Please share below any comments, memories, or well wishes and we’ll use this like a thank you card from our community.

We are closing for two days to make some upgrades to our back space area. We look forward to welcoming you back with our new schedule on Saturday!

This is what yoga looks like. ♥️ This is what community looks like. ♥️
These are only three of the beautiful souls that are part of our Energy Exchange team. They noticed that the community couch area needed a deep clean and took it upon themselves to do the work.
In teacher training, one of the lessons we talk about is how a yogi leaves something better than they found it. That is the path. That is what we agree to when we start to walk this road.
These three used their time and initiative so that our whole community could benefit and that’s YOGA. Huge thanks to Juria, Maddie, and Chloe, as well as our entire team (that isn’t pictured) for helping to make our studio a better place for everyone. We love you and appreciate you.
