°° ONE MORE SPOT OPEN °°
In Chinese Medicine, the space between summer and autumn is known as late summer. This is the season of the Earth element and associated with the Spleen and Stomach.
°•
It is a time to digest what we have lived through, to notice what has nourished us, and to allow what has been stirred, moved, and experienced to become something we can actually carry forward.
Transition doesn't become transformation simply because we move on. Something has to be received and integrated. This is the alchemy the earth element offers us.
°•
How do you receive nourishment?
How do you know when something has truly settled within you?
What helps life become part of you?
°•
These are some of the questions we'll explore together at The Turning. This late summer workshop supports us to cultivate the Earth element within and make space for integration as we move into autumn.
