After years of pain and missing work I went to Daniel. I'd seen chiropractors physio doctors. Emergency room. We had a long and thorough conversation about my entire medical history and my diet. He gave me a 3 minutes exercise to do 3 times a day. It was life changing. I've not been in pain or missed work ever since. I thoroughly recommend you see him if you're hurting
