Supplements Notice (September 2026):

*** Pre-Ordering Is Currently Required ***

We are currently experiencing a challenging time of the year, with supplements either on back order or taking longer than usual to arrive - sometimes up to 3 weeks.

Current delays can be due to a few factors, including:
• Higher-than-usual demand
• Staff shortages
• Sourcing and supply issues

By the time our orders arrive, many of the supplements have already been pre-ordered or sell out quickly. As we can only bring in a limited amount of stock with each order, this can result in further delays for our patients.

To help avoid extended wait times, pre-ordering is currently required. Otherwise, it would be a good idea to email ([email protected]) or call ((250) 881-7800) ahead to confirm availability before coming in.

Thank you for your patience and understanding while we work through these supply challenges.
