✨️Important Update✨️

Hello wonderful clients!

I need to share some important details regarding the upcoming Station Avenue road closures during the Langford FIFA World Cup event running from June 8th to July 20th, 2026.


⚠️ Partial road closure ⚠️

Station Avenue will have a partial closure from June 8th to July 20th, with one-way traffic access heading westbound (from Veteran's Memorial Parkway towards Peatt Road).

🚫 Full road closures 🚫

Pedestrian-only access on Station Avenue between Makola’s driveway and The Lodge driveway will be in effect on the following dates:

⚽️ June 12th–13th
⚽️ June 18th–21st
⚽️ July 1st
⚽️ July 17th–19th

Please note the best way to access Station Avenue during this time frame will be from Peatt Road.

Clients will still be able to access the Station Wellness Collective; however, I acknowledge that parking is going to be difficult during this month-long public event.

🚗 Please prepare for parking challenges by:

✅️ giving yourself lots of extra time to find parking
✅ ️planning to park further away and walking
✅️ arranging to be dropped off for your appointment

I sincerely apologize in advance for this inconvenience. While this is not ideal, I hope that with the right planning, it will not negatively impact your access to your massage therapy care.

✨️IMPORTANT UPDATE✨️

Dear Wonderful Clients,

I would like to give you an update about some upcoming changes to the payment options I am offering.

I have been using TD Merchant Solutions (TDMS) for collecting payment from clients for 20+ years of practice; however, TDMS is now entering a new “strategic relationship” with Fiserv Canada/Clover. I will be switching to a new payment collection method instead of continuing with Fiserv.

Starting June 1st, 2026, credit card payments must be made directly through your online patient profile at christinabaptistarmt.janeapp.com. In the meantime, you can add your card details under “My Account” > “Credit Cards on File,” or I can enter them for you during your next massage therapy visit.

Jane App utilizes Stripe for secure payment processing. Stripe provides bank-level online security with PCI Service Provider Level 1 certification, tokenization, and AI-driven fraud detection through Stripe Radar. It safeguards sensitive data using AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS during transmission and offers users protection with 3D Secure 2.0 authentication (https://stripe.com).

Clients who wish to pay directly from their bank accounts can use either Debit Visa or Debit Mastercard for online payments through the Jane App. If you prefer not to store payment details online, you can still pay by bank e-transfer or cash.
