Families of children who are deaf or hard of hearing, your feedback is needed.

The Ministry of Education and Child Care is seeking feedback from families of Deaf and Hard of Hearing students who attend their local school district instead of the BC School for the Deaf.

The experiences of families who have chosen a Listening and Spoken Language pathway are an important part of this conversation. Your feedback can help shape future supports and services for Deaf and Hard of Hearing learners across British Columbia.

All responses are confidential and will only be shared in aggregate form.

Adults with mild to moderate hearing loss can buy non-prescription hearing aids in retail stores and online.

People often put off getting help for hearing loss because it can be difficult or expensive to get support. The change will create additional options for those who need it.

We've provided financial support and cheered on the next generation of athletes at Oak Bay High School Girls Basketball, fostering teamwork and spirit. And we've provided crucial support to The Cridge Transition House for Women, standing with survivors during their journey to safety and stability. We hope to continue supporting worthy causes as community care is woven into our mission—because every sound of hope, healing, and safety matters. 💙
