26+ years, and I'm still a student.

ARE YOUR ISSUES STUCK IN YOUR TISSUES?

I had the opportunity to lean into my years of training in Craniosacral Therapy (CST) and Somato Emotional Release (SER) in healing sessions today.

I was helping someone with a physical symptom...but we sensed it could be connected to his emotional history.

So...why not just ask the body what it is holding in that area?

I'm trained to do hands on unwinding of tissue restrictions, injuries and imbalances in the body with Craniosacral therapy.

But in the advanced levels of training we also work with the "issues in your tissues" or the deeper emotional holding that keeps the body stuck and the symptom trying to communicate something. This is SER or Somato Emotional Release work (as taught at the Upledger Institute who trained me).

At the end of the session, I was also able to do some repair work in his energy field in the same area, so working the body and energy field levels in one sesion.
