Welcoming our new WOMBmate, Dr Sacha ☀️
Dr. Sacha White earned her Honours Bachelor of Science from Lakehead University before completing her Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC) in 2026. During her 12-month clinical internship, she gained valuable experience caring for individuals living with chronic pain and a variety of neuromusculoskeletal concerns.

Dr. Sacha has a special interest in women’s health and chronic pain management. Dr. Sacha strives to create a warm and welcoming space where patients feel comfortable sharing their concerns and, most importantly, feel heard. She believes care should be tailored to the individual and is passionate about helping women at all stages of life feel supported, confident, and empowered in their health.

⛳️ Outside the clinic, Dr. Sacha loves staying active, whether she’s running, golfing, or hiking with her dog. She also loves slowing things down with a good book and spending time with family.

Postpartum is a journey that brings so much love, but it can also bring challenges that aren’t always talked about. The physical recovery, hormonal changes, lack of sleep, and emotional ups and downs can be a lot to navigate, even long after those first six weeks.

Today, on World Mental Health Day, we want to remind you that your mental health matters, too. You don’t have to have it all figured out, and you don’t have to navigate motherhood alone. 🤍

Whether you’re struggling, adjusting, or simply finding your way through a new season of life, you deserve support, compassion, and care.

Healing doesn’t have a timeline, and asking for help is a sign of strength, not weakness.

You deserve to be cared for, too.

We’re so lucky to have Donna Morrison, SLP, as part of our WOMB family. She has such a warm, playful approach to supporting children, helping them feel comfortable, confident, and understood along the way.

Welcoming our newest WOMBmate ☀️ Dr. Victoria aims to treat the whole person versus treating symptoms individually. Her aim is to optimize health through diet, lifestyle, herbs, and natural supplements. She also
uses bloodwork to help guide her therapeutic choices.

Dr. Victoria is interested in supporting patients with all general health concerns (ie Fatigue, wellness optimization, digestion) and has particular interest in working on women’s health and fertility.

Prior to attending the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine, Victoria Completed her BSc. and MSc. at the University of Guelph with a focus on anatomy, health and nutrition. During her time at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine, she had the opportunity to be an
intern on the fertility focus shift. This provided her with more extensive experience in supporting patients with their fertility, as well as other concerns including: PCOS/ PMOS, endometriosis, dysmenorrhea, PMS and PMDD.

Pregnancy and child loss can bring a kind of grief that is difficult to put into words. You don’t have to navigate it alone.

Join Jessica Connor for a Healing Circle created for those who have experienced pregnancy or child loss. This is a safe and supportive space to honour your baby, share your story if you feel ready, and connect with others who understand the unique grief that comes with loss.

There is no right way to grieve and no timeline for healing. Whether your loss was recent or happened years ago, you are welcome to come exactly as you are. 🤍
