Here’s some stretches to try if your low back is giving you grief. Given there could being multiple factors, here are some simple stretches to try.

If you can not do the seated stretch in the 1st picture, try the standing version in the 2nd picture.

The laying down towel stretch is tougher, but effective as well for an even deeper stretch.
