Expecting a baby is an incredible journey, and taking care of your body during this time is essential. Prenatal massage, provided by our licensed therapists with extra training in this modality, can be a wonderful way for both parent and baby to benefit from therapeutic touch.

(PS unlike other massage studios, we don't charge extra for this modality, either. Because if *anyone* needs a massage, it's a pregnant parent!)

Prenatal massage offers a host of benefits including reduced back and leg pain, improved sleep, decreased swelling in hands and feet, and less anxiety. It also benefits baby by increasing oxygen and blood flow and has been proven to decrease the length of labor and delivery, and increase birth weight!

Not only does prenatal massage provide physical relief, but it can also foster a deeper sense of connection between parent and baby. The calming environment and soothing touch can reduce stress hormones, creating a positive experience for both.
