How do you store your headrest covers? This is the basket I use in my own practice. I use 2 of the regular cover sizes, one on each side of the head rest. So I fold them together, fold them in 2 and pile them in my baskets. I love the folding every week, laundry is thankfully my favourite chore and I find it very meditative. Don't ask me to do dishes though! I also offer cupping in my office, so I am truly grateful for whoever invented the dishwasher!

Do your kids have favorite clothes they love to wear, over and over? The comfort and familiarity is probably what draws them to it. Would you drink a glass of cloudy, pollutant filled water? Doubtful. Yet that's what is in our rivers after paper and pulp is manufactured. Many compounds and chemicals have been found in rivers and streams that have been linked to the manufacturing of paper products.⠀

I understand there are wastes associated with fabric creation as well, but the bottom line is that choosing an option that is more sustainable long term is a better option than choosing to use paper, which has to continually be created over and over. ⠀

Have you ever had something that didn't quite fit right? That jacket with the tight shoulders, or maybe a lid to your container that sends the contents flying if you don't hold it "just so."⠀

One of the reasons I love using headrest covers with elastic is that I know there won't be any slips or ill fitting pieces of paper or cloth on my table when I perform adjustments. The security of knowing it will stay where I put it is amazing! There is just enough room to ensure the client doesn't feel claustrophobic all while making sure I can adjust without the fabric moving around. ⠀
