Would you drink a glass of cloudy, pollutant filled water? Doubtful. Yet that's what is in our rivers after paper and pulp is manufactured. Many compounds and chemicals have been found in rivers and streams that have been linked to the manufacturing of paper products.⠀

I understand there are wastes associated with fabric creation as well, but the bottom line is that choosing an option that is more sustainable long term is a better option than choosing to use paper, which has to continually be created over and over. ⠀

Have you ever had something that didn't quite fit right? That jacket with the tight shoulders, or maybe a lid to your container that sends the contents flying if you don't hold it "just so."⠀

One of the reasons I love using headrest covers with elastic is that I know there won't be any slips or ill fitting pieces of paper or cloth on my table when I perform adjustments. The security of knowing it will stay where I put it is amazing! There is just enough room to ensure the client doesn't feel claustrophobic all while making sure I can adjust without the fabric moving around. ⠀
