Also!! Therapists only get paid for the time we spend directly working with clients, so we need to be priced in a way that accounts for all the invisible labour 🫶🏻

The 15 min buffers for me was a game changer! It does add more time onto my day overall because 15 x 7 (clients) = almost 2 extra hours at the office, but it works for me!

Honestly, I would of made WAY more mistakes if I didn't invest in coaching (The Waves Company (formerly Waves Marketing)) & get involved with mentorship (South Georgian Bay Small Business Enterprise Centre) - so my number one tip is DON'T BUILD YOUR BUSINESS ALONE 🫶🏻
